Patrick R. Gey
Where Luxury Real Estate Becomes Personal.
For Patrick R. Gey, real estate is not simply about finding a property. It is about understanding a client’s vision, anticipating what matters, and creating access to opportunities that may not always be visible to the broader market.
Based in Honolulu for more than three decades, Patrick provides a highly personalized approach to Hawaiʻi real estate, advising buyers and sellers with discretion, market insight, and an exceptional attention to detail. From distinctive residences and new developments to on- and off-market opportunities, his role extends well beyond that of a traditional Realtor®. He acts as a trusted advisor and real estate hunter, curating properties and guiding each client through the entire process with a level of service tailored to their individual needs. His experience has also included collaborating with former Hawaiʻi Governor Neil Abercrombie on real estate projects.
Patrick’s approach to real estate is deeply influenced by an international career spanning more than 35 years in the world of luxury. Beginning in Paris at Christian Dior on Avenue Montaigne, his career with leading luxury maisons ultimately brought him from Europe to New York, Los Angeles, Hawaiʻi, and across the Pacific. His experience includes Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and Versace, where he developed an instinctive understanding of exceptional service, craftsmanship, presentation, and—above all—the importance of the client relationship.
Today, he brings those same principles to real estate. His bilingual French-English background, international perspective, extensive network, and intimate knowledge of Hawaiʻi allow him to connect local expertise with a distinctly global point of view.
Patrick’s connection to Hawaiʻi extends well beyond real estate. As Co-Founder and President of the Hawaii European Cinema film festival for more than a decade, he helped create a cultural bridge between Hawaiʻi and Europe, bringing together international cinema, culture, and the Honolulu community.
For Patrick, luxury is not defined by a price point. It is defined by the quality of the experience—the time taken to understand a client, the opportunities uncovered, the details anticipated, and the trust built along the way.
Whether representing a residence for sale, searching for an exceptional property, or advising a client considering their next move in Hawaiʻi, Patrick approaches every relationship with the same philosophy:
Luxury is never loud — it is deliberate.
